Dr. Smash was born from a simple frustration: nobody in the UAE was making a real American-style smash burger. So we built it ourselves. We source Certified Angus Beef, ball it fresh every morning, and smash it on a screaming-hot flat-top so it builds that signature lacy crust.
No frozen patties. No filler. No shortcuts. Just the #1 burger you never had it better — served in Nadd Al Hamar and on Airport Road, every day from 2 PM until 2 AM.
