Our Story — How Dr. Smash Started.
Dr. Smash didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a kitchen — with a griddle, a ball of Certified Angus Beef and a serious obsession with getting one thing right: the smash burger. The real one. The kind with lacy, caramelized edges that crunch when you bite.

We tested dozens of beef ratios. We tried every bun in the UAE before committing to Martin's Potato — the same soft, slightly-sweet bun the US smash legends use. We built our Dr. Sauce from scratch and refused to ship it until it tasted like it belonged on the patty, not next to it.


Today, we run two kitchens — one in Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, and one on Airport Road in Abu Dhabi — open every day from 2 PM until 2 AM. Same recipe. Same beef. Same crust. Whether you eat in, take away, or order on Talabat or Noon, you're getting the #1 burger you never had it better.
